Hi, I have been repairing electronics in Worcester since 2006. I’ve always offered the best quality parts and service to suite. I have been lucky enough to have worked on the Angel Place outdoor market from 2006-2008. Then co-owning and repairing at Worcester Phone Zone with Russell from 2008-2017. We left our old shop to open Worcester Smart Tech which is located out of town but is much easier to get to. I have won many awards throughout my career for my repairs –

Hello! I have worked with Grant for over 5 years now, providing customer support and managing the repairs that are booked in. Worcester Phone Zone was our first venture that proved very popular and built us our excellent reputation. We decided to move to St. John’s and trade under the new name Worcester Smart Tech in November 2017. We can now serve disabled and elderly customers who couldn’t use the stairs at our old premises.
Aiming for excellence we like to ensure every customer feels welcomed and looked after and have there electronics back up and running again as quickly as possible!
We aim for continual improvement throughout our business including ourselves and our services and I believe this is one of the main reasons we stand out as the best mobile phone repair service in our county Worcestershire.
